The Brown Cow is the one glowing exception in Tobago - it could not be more different in service and quality of food. We had callaloo in a roll, and some very innovative and delicious rolls. We enjoyed the food so much we ordered lunch the next day - local take on sushi. The only thing I think it missed was a little cucumber pickle or so to soften / marry the flavours. Then we had to try the rack of goat, yes goat! What a unique dish - the meat was soft and tasted lovely (no strong smell or taste) the flavours of the sauce, and dhal provided another level. ![]() I was also delighted because they adjusted the dish for me. We had the seafood soup starter, with a delicate pastry on top we practically licked the bowl. But the star is the food - wow!įirstly, they were very accommodating to my lactose intolerance. We really like the staff passion for their food and the kind service. very stylish yet relaxed, so you can do a romantic, or dressed up dinner or relaxed wear. The place is enclosed (AC), so no terrace, which is nice on a hot day. The menu caught our attention, so we decided to book. We were looking for somewhere new to try for dinner in Tobago, and happened upon this place.
